It's interesting to read that now, I think I wrote it a couple months ago? Anyway, I'm in the 6-8 range now, with another 5ish lbs. to lose. The real take-away though was my idiot rambling, the post got away from me and I didn't self-edit.
Whereas, with the work piece - it's tight, concise, and well-received thus far. Good writing. Who knew?
